The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief· كتاب قطع السارق
sunan_al_nasai:4931أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .
'Used to cut off the hand of the thief for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
