muwatta_malik:1674حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دِيَةِ الْعَمْدِ إِذَا قُبِلَتْ خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ لَبُونٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً وَخَمْسُ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً .
Yahya related to me from Malik that Ibn Shihab said, "The full blood-money for murder when it is accepted is twenty-five yearlings, twenty-five two-year-olds, twenty-five four-year-olds, and twenty-five five-year-olds."
