muwatta_malik:1207وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ ثَلاَثٌ لَيْسَ فِيهِنَّ لَعِبٌ النِّكَاحُ وَالطَّلاَقُ وَالْعِتْقُ .
