Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib· وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
musnad_ahmad:699حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُنْزِيَ حِمَارًا عَلَى فَرَسٍ.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade us to mate a donkey with are mare.
