Highly intelligent and respected — at Ḥudaybiyya, when the companions were reluctant to perform their sacrifice and shave their heads, the Prophet ﷺ took her advice and they immediately followed. A major hadith narrator (~378 reports). Last of the Prophet's wives to die.
