The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief· كتاب قطع السارق
sunan_al_nasai:4958أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ لاَ يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ .
"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)
