sunan_abi_dawud:3148حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْخُذُ الْغُسْلَ عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ، يَغْسِلُ بِالسِّدْرِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَالثَّالِثَةَ بِالْمَاءِ وَالْكَافُورِ .
Muhammad b. Sirin used to learn how to wash the dead from Umm 'Atiyyah: he would was with lotus leaves twice and with water and camphor for the third time.
