sunan_abi_dawud:254حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ كُنَّا نَغْتَسِلُ وَعَلَيْنَا الضِّمَادُ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُحِلاَّتٌ وَمُحْرِمَاتٌ .
we took a bath while having an adhesive substance over us (our head) in both states, namely, when wearing a robe for Hajj (ihram) and when wearing ordinary clothes (not meant for Hajj).
