The Living Of Sayyidina Rasoolullah· باب ماجاء في عيش رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
shamail_muhammadiyah:357حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: إِنْ كُنَّا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَمكُثُ شَهْرًا مَا نَسْتَوْقِدُ بِنَارٍ، إِنْ هُوَ إِلا التَّمْرُ وَالْمَاءُ.
‘We, Muhammad’s wives, would go an entire month without cooking anything over a fire, and with nothing to eat and drink but dates and water.”
