sahih_muslim:2693حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، - رضى الله عنهما - يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الْمُهَلِّ، فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ - ثُمَّ، انْتَهَى فَقَالَ أُرَاهُ يَعْنِي - النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
I heard (and he then carried the narration directly, I think to) the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).
