riyad_as_salihin:1314الثالث: عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " نعمتان مغبون فيهما كثير من الناس: الصحة، والفراغ" ((رواه البخاري)).
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "There are two blessings in which many people incur loss. (They are) health and free time (for doing good)".
