Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib· وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
musnad_ahmad:835حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ بَيَانٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ، هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ.
‘Ali bin Abi Talib (رضي الله عنه) said: Shall I not tell you of the best of this ummah after its Prophet (ﷺ)? Abu Bakr, then `Umar, then another man.
