Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib· وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
musnad_ahmad:830حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ الْكِنَانِيُّ، عَنْ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، قَالَ مَسَحَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ رَأْسَهُ فِي الْوُضُوءِ حَتَّى أَرَادَ أَنْ يَقْطُرَ وَقَالَ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ.
`Ali (رضي الله عنه) wiped his head in wudoo` until it was about to start dripping, and he said: This is how I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do wudoo’.
