Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib· وَمِنْ مُسْنَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
musnad_ahmad:622حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كَانَ يُوتِرُ عِنْدَ الْأَذَانِ وَيُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ الْإِقَامَةِ.
It was narrated from ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray Witr when the adhan was given and he prayed two rak`ahs when the iqamah was given.
