mishkat_al_masabih:3069عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَن يعْزل عَن الْحرَّة إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا. رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه
‘Umar b. al-Khattab said God’s Messenger forbade withdrawing the penis from a free woman unless she gives permission. Ibn Majah transmitted it.
