mishkat_al_masabih:2687وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَتَفَرَّقَنَّ اثْنَانِ إِلَّا عنْ تراضٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, “Two people must separate only by mutual consent.” Abu Dawud transmitted it.
