mishkat_al_masabih:2653وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَالسِّنَّوْرِ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
Jabir said the God’s Messenger forbade payment for dogs and cats. Muslim transmitted it.
