mishkat_al_masabih:2587عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَحْمُ الصَّيْدِ لَكُمْ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ حَلَالٌ مَا لَمْ تَصِيدُوهُ أَوْ يُصَادُ لَكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
Jabir reported God’s messenger as saying, “The flesh of game is lawful for you when you are wearing the ihram, as long as you do not hunt it or have it hunted on your behalf.” Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi and Nasa’i transmitted it.
