mishkat_al_masabih:2356وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا لَمْ أعمَلْ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
‘A’isha said that God’s messenger used to say, “O God, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not done.” Muslim transmitted it.
