mishkat_al_masabih:1740وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَبِّلُ الْهَدِيَّة ويثيب عَلَيْهَا. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
She said that God’s messenger would accept a present and give something in return for it. Bukhari transmitted it.
