mishkat_al_masabih:1702وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي تَعْجِيل صَدَقَة قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِلَّ: فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ
Ali said that al-'Abbas asked God’s messenger about paying his sadaqa in advance before it became due, and he gave him permission to do that. Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah and Darimi transmitted it.
