bulugh_al_maram:970عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -رَخَّصَ فِي اَلْعَرَايَا: أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا كَيْلاً } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2192 )، ومسلم ( 1539 ) ( 64 ).
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave permission regarding al-'Araya for its sale on the basis of a calculation (of what the dates would be when dry) by measure. .
