bulugh_al_maram:908وَعَنْهُ; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْوَلَاءِ, وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 6756 )، ومسلم ( 1506 ).
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade selling or giving away the right of inheritance from a freed slave. .
