bulugh_al_maram:531وَهُوَ فِي مُرْسَلِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ عِنْدَ اَلْبَيْهَقِيِّ مُخْتَصَر ٌ 1 .1 - رواه الشافعي في "المسند" (1/512/179) بلفظ: "خياركم الذين إذا سافروا قصروا الصلاة، وأفطروا -أو قال-: لم يصوموا" وفضلا عن كونه مرسلا، فهو من رواية إبراهيم بن أبي يحيى شيخ الشافعي، وهو: "كذاب. كل بلاء فيه".
al-Baihaqi reported it in brief as a Mursal (missing link after the Tabi'i) from Sa'id bin al-Musaiyab.
