bulugh_al_maram:1604وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّان َ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 3610 و 3611 )، والترمذي ( 1343 )، وأيضا رواه ابن ماجه ( 2368 )، وصححه ابن الجارود ( 1007 ) كلهم من طريق سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى باليمين مع الشاهد الواحد.
