وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-عَنْ قَتْلِ أَرْبَعِ مِنْ اَلدَّوَابِّ: اَلنَّمْلَةُ, وَالنَّحْلَةُ, وَالْهُدْهُدُ, وَالصُّرَدُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ.‏ (1732)‏ .‏‏5 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه أحمد ( 1 / 332 و 347 )‏، وأبو داود ( 5267 )‏، وابن ماجه ( 3224 )‏ وابن حبان ( 1078 )‏.‏

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA), The Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited killing four creatures; ants, bees, hoopoes and shirkes.' Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud. Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.
