bulugh_al_maram:1439وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { " مَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ, فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ" } أَخْرَجَهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالْأَرْبَعَة ُ 1 . وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّان َ 2 .1 - كذا" بالأصلين" وأشار ناسخ" أ" في الهامش إلى نسخة" الخمسة" .2 - صحيح رواه أحمد ( 3 / 343 )، وأبو داود ( 3681 )، والترمذي ( 1865 )، وابن ماجه ( 3393 )، وابن حبان ( 5358 )، وسنده حسن إلا أن له شواهد يصح بها. "تنبيه" عزوه للأربعة وهم من الحافظ - رحمه الله - إذ لم يروه النسائي.
"If a large quantity of any beverage intoxicates, then a small amount of it is prohibited." Related by Ahmad and the four Imams. Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.
