bulugh_al_maram:1289وَعَنْ اَلشَّعْبِيِّ, عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ, { عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم --فِي اَلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا-: "لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (1480) (44).
