bulugh_al_maram:1281وَعَنْ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { مَنْ أَقَرَّ بِوَلَدٍ طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ, فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَنْفِيَهُ } . أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ, وَهُوَ حَسَنٌ مَوْقُوف ٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه البيهقي في "الكبرى" (7 /411 - 412) وفي سنده مجالد بن سعيد ضعفه غير واحد، وقال الحافظ نفسه في "التقريب" : "ليس بالقوي، وقد تغير في آخر عمره".
If anyone acknowledges that he is the father of his child just for the blinking of an eye, he has no right to disown it." .
