bulugh_al_maram:1246وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى : قَالَ عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ : { فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيَّ , وَلَمْ يَرَهَا شَيْئًا , وَقَالَ : " إِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْ أَوْ لِيُمْسِكْ } 1 .1 - صحيح . وهي عند مسلم برقم ( 1471) (14) . إلا أن قوله : "ولم يرها شيئا" ليست في " الصحيح " وإنما هي عند أبي داود ( 2185 ) من نفس الطريق ، ولكن أعله أبو داود بأبي الزبير ، وهو إعلال مردود ؛ إذ أبو الزبير في نفسه " ثقة " ولا يخشى إلا من تدليسه ، وهو منتف هنا.
"Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA) said: 'So he returned her to me and did not regarded it as anything, and said: When she is purified, either divorce her or keep her.'"
