bulugh_al_maram:1002وَفِي لَفْظٍ: { لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا, إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَأَصْحَابُ اَلسُّنَنِ إِلَّا اَلتِّرْمِذِيَّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أحمد ( 2 / 179 و 184 )، وأبو داود ( 3547 )، والنسائي ( 5 / 65 - 66 )، وابن ماجه ( 2388 )، والحاكم ( 2 / 47 ). وهو وإن كان حسن الإسناد؛ إلا أنه صحيح لما له من شواهد، وقد ذكرتها في " الأصل " كما أشرت إلى الرويات ومخرجيها.
"It is not permissible for a woman to dispose anything of her wealth if her husband is responsible for her." .
