bulugh_al_maram:1001وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { لَا يَجُوزُ لِاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا }
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is not permissible to give a gift without her husband's permission."
