al_adab_al_mufrad:732حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلاَمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سُمَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلاَءِ، وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ، وَشَمَاتَةِ الأعداء، وَسُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ.
Abu Hurayrah (ra) has narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) sought refuge in Allah from the distress of trial, being overtaken by a tribulation, malicious rejoicing of enemies, and perversity of fate.
