al_adab_al_mufrad:1300حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: كَانَ أَصْحَابُنَا يُرَخِّصُونَ لَنَا فِي اللُّعَبِ كُلِّهَا، غَيْرِ الْكِلاَبِ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ: يَعْنِي لِلصِّبْيَانِ.
Ibrahim said, "Our companions used to allow us all sorts of play things except for dogs."
